Rome approves study for Roma stadium

(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 13 - Rome city council on Friday approved a feasibility study on the planned new stadium for AS Roma, confirming the project's public interest. "Today is a historic day and the new ground will be magnificent," said Mayor Roberto Gulatieri. The council recently said that the facility, which will move the Giallorossi away from the Stadio Olimpico, will seat 60,000 spectators.
