MANILA, Philippines — The camp of former broadcaster Jay Sonza is seeking the dismissal of unlawful publication charges before the Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 118 in Pasay City, over allegations that he spread false medical information about President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. Sonza arrived at the RTC office around 8:30 a.m. for his scheduled arraignment hearing.
