TACLOBAN CITY- A House of Representatives bill is seeking to declare a scenic, hidden waterfalls in Eastern Samar as among the priority sites for development by the Department of Tourism (DOT). House Bill No. 7692, authored by Eastern Samar Rep. Christopher Sheen Gonzales and 4Ps Partylist Rep. Marcelino Libanan, who is from the province, seeks
