MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Justice (DOJ) on Thursday said it would decongest the illegal drug cases and have its anti-illegal drug task force handle only syndicate-level crimes, as well as those involving public officers and big fish. In a press conference, DOJ Undersecretary Ian Dato said Department Order No. 161, which created the
