Sebastian Marset, the most notorious drug baron in the southern part of South America, was arrested on Friday in the upscale neighborhood of Santa Cruz, Bolivia. The Latin American country is the world's third-largest producer of cocaine. The kingpin has a $2 million US bounty on his head for alleged money laundering.
