The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has approved amendments proposed by the Ukrainian delegation to a resolution on transnational repression, addressing Russia's abuse of Interpol mechanisms and international wanted notices to persecute individuals for their pro-Ukrainian activities.
