Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that on the night of 13-14 March, Russia attacked locations in Kyiv Oblast, Sumy Oblast, Kharkiv Oblast, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast and Mykolaiv Oblast, where emergency services are currently dealing with the aftermath.
