The Lagos State government has approved a fare hike for Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) services, following appeals from public transport operators who cited increasing operational costs and economic pressures.

Skopje's mayor, Gjorgjievski, announced that 100 new buses will be acquired by the end of the year, and the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project, in cooperation with the EBRD, will commence next year.
