Air India CEO Campbell Wilson has reportedly resigned, with the airline facing ongoing challenges despite efforts to integrate Vistara and expand its fleet, partly due to global supply chain issues.

The disruption is beginning to have a financial impact on the sector, with jet fuel prices more than doubling, CEO Campbell Wilson said.
