The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has set up the largest electric vehicle charging station for the Delhi-Meerut Namo Bharat Corridor in Anand Vihar. This development supports the region's green transportation initiatives.

The Namo Bharat RRTS recorded over 1 lakh riders on its first full day after Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the complete 82-km Delhi-Meerut corridor and the new Meerut Metro link, marking its highest-ever ridership.
