President Ruto has received the resignations of top Petroleum PS, KPC, and EPRA bosses in Kenya. This follows a fuel scandal probe that has led to arrests and exposed corruption within the energy sector, with some officials reportedly hoarding large sums of cash.

President William Ruto of Kenya has accepted the resignations of the Petroleum Principal Secretary and the heads of the Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) and the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA).

Joe Sang, the Managing Director of Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC), was arrested along with other officials including PS Liban and the Epra boss, as part of a probe into adulterated fuel and its supply chain. KPC has since appointed an acting MD.
