EU member states will most likely not reach an agreement today on the proposed new package of sanctions against Russia, stated the head of European diplomacy, Kaja Kallas.

The European Union is working on its 20th package of sanctions against Russia, but Hungary and Slovakia are reportedly resisting its approval, setting conditions for their support ahead of a foreign ministers' meeting in Brussels.
