An inquiry into the Nottingham attack was told that victims Grace O’Malley-Kumar and her friend were tested for drugs after their deaths, but the killer, Valdo Calocane, was not, a decision her father called "disgusting." Families of the victims have also reported facing "evasion and downright lies" during the inquiry process.
