The Haitian city of Petite Rivière de l’Artibonite has witnessed a massacre involving the Gran Grif gang and self-proclaimed vigilantes, leaving dozens dead and homes burned.

The United States has offered a reward of up to US$3 million and possible relocation for information regarding the financial activities of Haiti’s Viv Ansanm and Gran Grif criminal groups, which Washington has designated as criminal organizations.
