Japanese broadcaster Nippon TV is strengthening its unscripted business in the U.S. by hiring former ITV America executive Nick Ower as director of development and sales.

Blumhouse Production and ITV America's true-crime docuseries "Worst Ex Ever" will debut its second season on Netflix, featuring new subjects including Wade Wilson and Geoffrey Paschel.
