The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) has forecast that the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will bring rains to Mindanao, particularly Southern Mindanao, beginning Monday.

The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) has been detected outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and could develop into a low-pressure area, according to the state weather bureau.
