The Criminal Assets Bureau (CAB) is pursuing Hutch gang member James 'Mago' Gately to recover alleged losses in the value of a seized three-bedroom house in Clonsaugh, Dublin 17, after he reportedly removed fixtures and fittings.

Court proceedings revealed that James 'Mago' Gately receives €252 per week in social welfare benefits and has €900 in a frozen bank account.
