India is developing a unique ocean-based facility in Lakshadweep that will generate both electricity and drinking water from the sea, described as the first integrated system of its kind globally.

The Centre has informed the Rajya Sabha that the provisional answer key for the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) will be released following the preliminary exams. Union Minister of State for Personnel Jitendra Singh confirmed this in a written reply.
