The Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, the world's second oldest film festival, is celebrating two significant milestones: 80 years since its first edition and its 60th edition, with plans to honor actress Emília Vášáryová and screen classics by Powell-Pressburger and Ken Loach.

Director Ken Loach revisits his film 'I, Daniel Blake,' noting that the issues it highlighted, such as the reliance on food banks, have become even more entrenched and institutionalized since its release.
