The former chief of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has commented on the persistent issue of alleged paper leaks, stating that 'the system has not kept pace' and explaining why nothing changes. This comes as a Special Investigation Team (SIT) has charged 39 individuals for sharing explicit videos linked to former MP Prajwal Revanna, amidst ongoing sexual abuse investigations.
