The Council of Europe unveiled a new convention at Series Mania, marking the first international treaty to support independent co-production of series for television and streaming platforms. The document was signed in Lille, with Poland among the initial signatories, represented by Maciej Wróbel, and is seen as putting Poland in the avant-garde.
