Olympic medalist Toshiaki Fushimi, 50, died after crashing into a barrier during a cycling race at a velodrome in Japan, reportedly while attempting to avoid a collision. The cyclist was competing in the Matsusaka Keirin tournament when other racers collided in front of him.
