President Nicușor Dan has signed the decree appointing Mihai Dimian as the new Minister of Education, following a proposal from Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan.

Mihai Dimian is reportedly the leading candidate to be appointed as Romania's new Minister of Education.

Mihai Dimian, the current rector of "Ștefan cel Mare" University in Suceava, has been proposed and validated by the PNL as the new Minister of Education for Romania.
