The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has called on President Bola Tinubu to investigate alleged missing funds, including ₦2.9 billion from NIGCOMSAT and NNRA, and ₦465 million in 'unauthorised investment' by NIGCOMSAT.
