A court has awarded former Power Minister Olu Agunloye N10 million in damages against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). The ruling found the EFCC liable for defaming the ex-minister.

A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) has ordered the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to pay a N10 million fine for defaming former Minister of Power, Olu Agunloye.
