The World Trade Organization's ministerial conference in Yaoundé, Cameroon, concluded without an agreement on the moratorium for customs duties on electronic commerce after Brazil blocked a deal. During the conference, Morocco actively participated, represented by Foreign Trade Secretary Omar Hjira, to strengthen its global trade partnerships.
