Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has rejected a Serbian company's offer to buy the Russian share in Naftna Industrija Srbije (NIS), citing "strange demands" and potential blackmail in the ongoing negotiations. This comes as he also unveiled a "five-step plan" for Serbia's future.
