Ricardo Carvalho, a Portuguese Member of Parliament and Deputy Secretary-General of the PSD party, has been appointed rapporteur by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) to assess Ukraine's commitments.

Ricardo Carvalho, PSD deputy and deputy secretary-general, criticized the UGT's stance in social dialogue, accusing the union of politicizing the process. He also stated that the ambition for an absolute majority is legitimate.
