Romania's tax authority (ANAF) is scrutinizing transfer pricing practices after a large Romanian company allegedly transferred over 42 million euros annually to affiliated firms abroad through invoices for consulting, IT, and human resources.

The Romanian tax authority (ANAF) is launching a new digital platform on March 30, allowing the public to bid online for confiscated or seized goods, including cars, apartments, and equipment.

ANAF, Romania's tax authority, has put forward a new draft order to update the procedure for mandatory RO e-Factura registration and the associated Form 082, following changes introduced by Ordinance 6/2026.
