Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has tasked the Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council, Rustem Umierov, with finalizing drafts of several security agreements following the Ukrainian delegation's work in the Middle East and Gulf region.

Ukraine's security chief Rustem Umierov and military representatives are travelling to the Gulf region to discuss mutual support and defence cooperation.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has confirmed that Rustem Umierov, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council and head of Ukraine's negotiating delegation, will hold talks with US negotiators in Geneva on Thursday 26 February.
