Delhi Police's Special Cell has apprehended Lashkar-e-Taiba commander Shabir Ahmed Lone, who was operating a LeT module and was previously linked to a module busted in February, on charges of plotting terror attacks in India.

He was tasked with recruiting and radicalizing illegal Bangladeshi migrants in India, arranging fake IDs and weapons for potential attacks.
