RTL Group has announced its new German management team after receiving regulatory approval for its acquisition of pay-TV operator Sky Deutschland, integrating executives from both companies.

RTL Group is offering concessions in an effort to expedite the regulatory approval process for its acquisition of Sky Deutschland.

RTL has submitted its planned takeover of the pay-TV broadcaster Sky Deutschland from US cable television group Comcast to the EU for approval, an acquisition announced in June 2025.
