The state of Andhra Pradesh is making efforts to evacuate its citizens, particularly Telugu people, who are currently stranded in Iran, aiming to complete the process within three days through diplomatic and community channels.

A.P. Minister Kondapalli Srinivas emphasized the safety and welfare of Telugu people stranded in the Gulf region as a top priority, urging them to register with the APNRT and Indian Embassies during a virtual meeting.

The Indian government is closely monitoring the evolving situation in West Asia, particularly after disruptions at international airports, and is taking measures to ensure the safe return and safety of Indian citizens, including those stranded in Gulf Nations.
