AMC has officially greenlit 'Thunder Road', a NASCAR-themed drama series that will star Dennis Quaid, a project first revealed to be in development last November.

Walton Goggins and Chloë Grace Moretz have been cast to lead the action-comedy film 'Mister,' produced by Thunder Road, with filming scheduled to begin next month in Madrid.

Bruce Springsteen joined Patti Smith, Public Enemy, and Dr. Dre on stage at the fourth annual American Music Honors ceremony, also performing 'Light My Fire' with Doors drummer John Densmore and 'Thunder Road' with a stripped-down E Street Band.

Netflix has acquired 'Ballast,' an action-thriller spec script from Justin Piasecki, with Thunder Road set to produce the film.
