The Topeka girls' basketball team extended their winning streak to eight games with a dominant 58-40 home victory over Emporia.

The Topeka boys' basketball team defeated Emporia 73-69 at home, securing the Dean Smith Traveling Trophy for the next year.

Topeka West soccer player Micah Williams has committed to play at a Division I program, ahead of her junior season in March.
