JSC Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) has scheduled two additional trains to the Carpathians for the upcoming weekend to meet high demand for travel to the region.

Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) says several commuter services in Sumy Oblast will be cancelled for days after Russian attacks damaged railway infrastructure.

The Ukrainian government has allocated 22.35 billion hryvnias for the construction of protective structures for vital water, heating, and electricity supply facilities, as well as for Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways).

During the night of March 14, Russian forces attacked facilities of Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways), injuring a train driver and an assistant driver.

Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways) and Spanish partners have signed agreements to develop a joint railway project. The initiative focuses on automatic gauge-changing technology and includes a grant to fund its development.
