Portuguese Notaries Propose Simplified Inheritance Inventory, Citing Long-Term Impact

The Order of Notaries in Portugal proposed to the government the creation of a simplified inventory process for inherited properties, to be carried out in notary offices. They stated that while it could be implemented in two or three months, its impact would only be felt in ten or twenty years.
