Polish president’s office criticises former PM Tusk government over recovery conference and Zelenskyy's attendance

Zbigniew Bogucki, head of the Chancellery of the President of Poland, has said that the absence of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy from the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Gdańsk would demonstrate the Polish government's inability to manage the situation.
