New Finnish Law to Restrict Wind Turbine Construction in Pirkanmaa

A new land use law in Finland's Pirkanmaa region is expected to make it nearly impossible to build wind turbines by requiring them to be further from residential areas. Municipalities are rushing to approve projects before the law takes effect.
