Finland Not Lobbying for Stubb as Ukraine Peace Negotiator

Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen stated that Finland is not lobbying for President Alexander Stubb to become a peace negotiator for Ukraine. However, she suggested that Stubb would be 'very qualified' for such a role.
