New CRUP President Comments on Higher Education Access and Course Creation

The new president of the Council of Rectors of Portuguese Universities (CRUP), Luís Ferreira, has commented on the country's higher education system. He stated that the two access exams for higher education were not a very high requirement and also criticized a "certain irrationality" in the creation of some university courses.
