NZTA Opts for Cheaper Solution to Fix SH2 Through Waioweka Gorge

New Zealand Transport Agency has chosen a less effective but cheaper option to repair State Highway 2 through Waioweka Gorge, which is projected to cut road closures by 53 percent compared to a full fix's 70 percent.
