SIPA Seizes Weapons Cache, Arrests One in Banja Luka

Police officers from Bosnia and Herzegovina's State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) conducted an operation in Banja Luka, arresting one person and discovering a large quantity of weapons, including automatic rifles, a sniper, bombs, and detonators, in an apartment.
