New Conviction in Spain's ERE Case: Former Socialist Official Sentenced to Prison

Daniel Alberto Rivera, a former high-ranking socialist official from the Junta de Andalucía, has been sentenced by the Audiencia de Sevilla to three years in prison and ordered to return nearly one million euros for aid granted to Autologística de Andalucía S.A. as part of the ongoing ERE corruption case.
