'Collective punishment': MSF says Israel is weaponising water access in Gaza

Israeli authorities are systematically depriving Palestinians in Gaza of access to clean water, medical charity Medeçins sans Frontières (MSF, Doctors without Borders) said in a report issued Tuesday, accusing Israel of carrying out a campaign of "collective punishment" in the devastated Palestinian enclave.
