Montenegro Faces Teacher Shortage, Especially in Mathematics

Montenegro is experiencing a deficit of teachers in schools, with mathematicians increasingly sought after in other professions. Professor Srđan Kadić from PMF-a highlighted that the problem extends beyond who teaches, to how generations learn and the changing environment.
