Spanish Government Requests EU Firefighting Planes Promised in May

The Spanish government has requested four elite Canadair 415 amphibious firefighting planes from the EU, which were promised in May but are not yet ready, while Spain's Defense Ministry only has 'seven or eight' of its ten promised planes operational.
