TEPCO Delays Niigata Nuclear Plant Operation Due to Generator Vibrations

TEPCO has delayed the full operation of the No. 6 reactor at its Niigata nuclear plant after generator vibrations were detected, following its restart and subsequent halt in January and reactivation in February.
