Moldova Extends Trans-Balkan Gas Pipeline Use to 2026, Expects Lower Tariffs
Moldova's National Agency for Energy Regulation (ANRE) has extended the use of gas transportation routes via the Trans-Balkan pipeline until September 30, 2026. The Ministry of Energy stated that this decision is expected to lead to a reduction in gas tariffs.
