Montenegrin Police Arrest Alleged Škaljari Clan Member Dragan Pečurica

Several officers from Montenegro's Special Police Department (SPO) blocked a building in Bar to arrest Dragan Pečurica, an alleged member of the notorious Škaljari clan. The arrest took place near the headquarters of the Bar Security Department.
